Aloha! We're excited to welcome you aboard! Check-in will take place at The Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort at 2169 Kalia Rd, Honolulu HI 96815. 

We are located in the resort, just past Front Desk and into the retail spaces. Parking is available at Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk Valet; we provide validation for parking ($8 for 4 hours). From the Embassy Suites, head southwest on Beach Walk toward Kālia Rd to the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort. Please see map below for instructions on how to get to us from Embassy Suites.

Please be punctual. Guests will be escorted from the check in location to the boat for boarding 15 minutes prior to departure.

Pre-Arrival Waiver Form

All guests boarding the Holokai Catamaran  must complete an online waiver prior to check-in. Guests will not be permitted to board without a signed waiver. All guests 17 years of age and younger must have a waiver completed by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Guests 17 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 on all tours.

General Cancelation Policy: Parties of 8 or less must contact us 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour to receive a full refund or rebooking at no additional costs. Parties of 9 or more on a public sail are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please contact us for our Private Charter Cancelation Policy.
