Q: Where is the check in location?

A: Check-in is located at 226 Lewers St. on the second floor. Elevator and escalator access can be found just outside of Yard House Restaurant or Hokulani Waikiki.


Q: what time is check-in?

A: Check-in Time: 30 minutes before departure. We ask that guests be punctual. Guests will be escorted from the check-in location to the boat for boarding 15 minutes before departure.


Q: what should i bring on my sail?

  • Sunglasses/Eyewear

  • Camera

  • Towel (snorkel sails)

  • Longsleeve (weather dependent)

  • Hat

  • ID (21 and over)

  • Easy to remove shoes for the barefoot, beach boarding


Q: Do you provide fins on the snorkel trip?

A: We provide snorkels, masks, fins and snorkel vests to get you out there exploring all the remarkable sea life below! 

Q: is there storage on the boat?

A: Yes, we have dry cubbies behind the bench seats, large enough to store shoes, backpacks, and purses.

Q: can i sail if i'm pregnant?

A: Yes, we regularly have expecting mothers aboard, but check with your doctor for your own situation. 

Q: are all trips family friendly?

A: Yes, however our Sunset Cruise is "all inclusive" and a lively time! We strive to keep everything PG including edited music. Friday Sunset Sails are reserved for ages 21+

Q: is tip included in the ticket?

A: No, tip is NOT included. It is customary to tip your crew 15-20%. If they were working hard and you had the time of your life, show them some aloha!  

Q: do you ever see sharks when snorkeling?

A:  Yes, but it's very rare and when we do, they are small and friendly White Tip Reef Sharks that have no interest in us. 

Q: can i rent the holokai for a private event?

Q: is there sunscreen onboard?

A: Yes, we provide complimentary high quality non-toxic, reef safe sunscreen to everyone, on every sail.
